I take a voltaren tablet every night before i go to bed for the pain in my lower back, as it is the only pill that helps me. I suffer with an undiagnosed back pain, and if i dont take my voltaren tablet every night i cannot sleep. Will this casue long term damage to me? Will it cause any inflamation or damage to my internal organs? I amvry concerned about taking this pill constantly and it seems i will continue taking it for a very long time. thank you
