Please describe difference between Olfen 50 Tablet and Feledene 20 Tablet in Saudi Arabia. I am a patient of Myopathy (Muscles Problem). Neorologist gave me Gabapentin (Neorontine 400) 1+1. Upon taking it I got sweatened on forehead and even shortened (difficulty in Long) breathing. So I left this medicine and Cardiologist advised me to stop it and also recommended me Fevadole Plus 2 Tablet in case of pain time in walking (as I have problem when I forward my feet in walking). In Pakistan, I was recommended for a Feledene Cap 1+1 everyday and in KSA Cap of Feledene not available and only Feledene 20 of Pfizer Co. available. Different specialisties of Dr. recommend different medicines. So one of the Dr's prescribed me Olfen 50 1+1 daily. People told me that Olften taking long time, has side effects. So you are kindly requested to please read carefully me email advose me at your earliest. What the medicines should I take. I am a resident of Saudi Arabia. Medicines which are being used are quoted below :- 1. Ethyroxine 150 mcg daily 100+50) one doze. Then 2. Neorobion Tab 1+ 1 daily 3. Mestinon 60 Tab 1+1+1 3 daily 4. Neorontine 400 Tab (was Ignored due to its side eff) 5. Fevadole Plus 500 2 Tab daily (newly recommended) 6. Feledene 20 OR Olfen 50 (whichever good, will be taken according to your kind advice) and then FEVADOL will be left. Note : I am a patient of MYOPATHY, severe weakness in muscles in both Pelvis and cannot walk long. Sometime I fall down because of weakness in legs. I cannot climb up one stair or even main entrance of main door as one of the first step is 80cm or 100 cm. Very difficult for me to keep my step on 1st stair without support.
