I was on Cymbalta 30 mg then had my Dr switch mt to Celexa for financial reasons. I now want to go back to Cymbalta. Do I need to wean myself off Celexa first?

Because I do not have insurance, the cost of cymbalta is $450/month. I am not currently employed either and have a family of four to include a husband and two small children.
