I am allergic to animals, some food and flowers. For example in spring my nose is running constantly. Just one thing that helps me without any side effects is Flonase. Wonderful inhaler!

Hi.I have asthma too and I am also a rennur. Some days I find this as well, perhaps you might want to review your asthma medication with your GP/asthma nurse if this continues, it sounds like you might be flared up right now and with the blue inhaler not working so well you might want to see the GP. They might suggest a preventative inhaler if they think it's needed. You will get good and bad days with your asthma though, just keep an eye on it, as you are probably aware, asthma is not to be taken lightly.
